Our story

Built from our own orchard.

Farmers don't need the middleman removed. They need the whole market made visible.

During Covid, with markets shut, our family sold its mangoes door to door. The next season, those same families called asking for more. Some still come to the farm every year and take 25 to 50 kg each to share with relatives. They weren't buying mango. They were buying our farm.

Later, when local traders offered a low rate, we found a buyer in Pune and brought him 300 km to the village. He paid ₹28 more per kilo. The difference wasn't quality. It was information.

LinkUp turns both of those lessons into a product: a permanent identity for every farm, and a market that reaches far beyond the nearest trader.

Does LinkUp deliver?

Not right now. Buyers collect directly from the farm, or from a handover point they agree on with the farmer through chat.

How do payments work?

You pay the farmer directly when you collect, in whatever way you both agree. LinkUp doesn't handle payments during the pilot.

Does LinkUp take a commission?

No. Creating a farm, listing products and reserving are free during our initial phase. If paid features are introduced later, they'll be announced well in advance.

How do I sign in?

With your mobile number. We send a one-time password to your WhatsApp, so there's no password to remember.

Who sets the price?

The farmer. LinkUp shows a market reference and a suggested range to help, but never fixes or blocks a price.

Where is LinkUp available?

We're starting with a pilot in Sangli district and Western Maharashtra, and will expand area by area as farms and buyers join.
